We can see on the official website Porsche Consulting, a sketch of the 928 project. It is maybe a step toward an official announce to put in production this model. Although the lines of the drawing seems like picked to the 911, we can also imagine a coupe version of the Panamera, indeed, there have been long-running rumors that Porsche GT would be a two-door spin-off from the Panamera using the same basic architecture.

Besides, according to a Porsche member, the brand wants to place a coupe GT with V8 engine in its range to be more closely in competition with its rivals as Ferrari, Mercedes or Aston Martin among others.
